Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-02-02-.02 – Definitions

(1) For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition is applicable:
1. (a) “Exempt Jurisdiction” means a local government jurisdiction that has complied with the requirements of T.C.A. § 68-120-101(b)(2).
