Following the allocation of funds to local housing programs, the agency may determine the amount remaining for the demonstra- tion program. At that time the agency may seek applications for funding for housing activities. Applications will be funded based on a list of competitive criteria, including but not limited to: service to a special need group, incomes of households to be served, price of housing to be used, and the amount of private funding involved. Each applicant will be restricted to a maximum amount to be set by the agency.
