- (1) Rules of Practice for design standards, other physical standards, site selection, and development for housing devel- opments financed by Agency mortgage loans may be established, modified, amended and promulgated from time to time pursuant to Rule 0770—1—1—.02 of these Rules and Regulations.
- (2) The Agency may also establish Rules of Practice setting forth standards regarding the number of persons permitted to live in a dwelling unit and other standards relating to occupancy and maintenance of dwelling units.
