When used in this chapter, the following terms have the meanings given below unless otherwise specified:

1. (1) “New symbol” means the design required by T.C.A. § 12-2-123 and described in Rule 0690- 04-02-.05.
2. (2) “Signage” means signs required to be posted on a property at any point of access for persons with disabilities.
