1. (1) “Board” means the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors.
2. (2) “Corporation” means the Corporation created to implement and administer the Go Build Tennessee Program pursuant to T.C.A. § 4-41-103.
3. (3) “Program” means the “Go Build Tennessee Program” created in T.C.A. title 4, chapter 41.
