- (1) An application for registration as a removal service shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the Board and shall be accompanied by proof of liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and a non-refundable fee in the amount of six hundred twenty- five dollars ($625.00).
- (2) The Board may renew a certificate of registration provided that an application for renewal, accompanied by proof of liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and a non-refundable fee in the amount of four hundred twenty-five dollars ($425.00), and is received by the Board no later than the date of expiration.
