1. (1) Funeral Director. The fee for biennial renewal of a funeral director’s license shall be three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00). The penalty fee for late renewal shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
2. (2) Embalmer. The fee for biennial renewal of an embalmer’s license shall be three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00). The penalty fee for late renewal shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
3. (3) Funeral Establishment. The fee for biennial renewal of a funeral establishment license shall be one thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($1,150.00). The penalty fee for late renewal shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
