- (1) Before a single measure political campaign committee may receive any contributions or make any expenditures to support or defeat a measure on a ballot, it must certify the name and address of its political treasurer, officers, and any person directly responsible for expenditures (“responsible individual”).
- (2) If the post referendum campaign financial disclosure statement filed by a single measure political campaign committee shows an unexpended balance of contributions, continuing debts and obligations, or an expenditure deficit, the single measure committee shall file a bi- annual supplemental disclosure statement each year from the date of the post-referendum report until the campaign account shows no unexpended balance, continuing debts and obligations, or deficit.
