1. (1) An appellant may appeal an adverse administrative action, as defined in Rule 0465-03-01- .05(f), by following the procedures set forth in these rules.
2. (2) It is the responsibility of the appellant to provide the Office of Administrative Appeals with his or her current mailing address and other contact information and to keep that information current at all times.
