1. (1) Required documentation:

   1. (a) Copy of the advanced degree transcript or other documentation.
   2. (b) Evaluations from at least three approved supervisors, verifying supervisory experiences and the number of counseling hours in supervision on forms provided by the Board.
   3. (c) Give evidence of having received at least one-third of one’s required pastoral counseling training, both academic and supervision, with an AAPC - approved training program.
