1. (1) The Department of Correction is required to establish rules for the general administration of the County Corrections Incentive Act.
2. (2) For the purposes of this program, all definitions as stated in Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 41-8- 103 apply.
3. (3) The State Funding Board is authorized to make grants or loans, as funds are available, to any approved applicant county to assist such county in the construction or renovation of a correctional facility.
