Areas protected from flooding or otherwise not subject to flooding may be suitable. These are dominantly well drained and moderately well drained soils along rivers and streams.
   2. 2. A seasonally high water table due to position in landscape and/or soil properties make most areas of these soils unsuitable.
   3. 3. Depth to bedrock is generally not sufficient to accommodate a septic tank system. There are some spots of these soils with adequate depths.
