Two lots or less One hundred fifty dollars ($150) per lot Three lots to ten lots One hundred dollars ($100) per lot Greater than ten lots One thousand dollars ($1,000) for the first ten lots plus sixty five dollars ($65) for each additional lot
   3. (e) Inspections of existing subsurface sewage Two hundred dollars ($200) per inspection. disposal systems.
   4. (f) Installer and Pumper Permits - Enforcement Two hundred dollars ($200) per annual permit activities relative to sewage system installers for pumpers and installers.
