Persons subject to the water withdrawal provisions of these rules shall retain on their premises or at a convenient location near their premises the following records:

1. (1) Copies of Registrations of Withdrawals for the past three (3) years.
2. (2) All records and documents, including worksheets, pumpage records, etc., used to calculate the amount of water withdrawn.
