No Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License issued or granted under this chapter and no right to utilize a fusion machine granted by any Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferred, assigned, or in any manner disposed of, either voluntarily, or involuntarily, directly, or indirectly, through transfer of control of any Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License to any persons unless the Division has found that the transfer, assignment or disposal is in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and has given its consent in writing.
