Division Action on Request to Renew or Amend

Upon a request by a registrant to renew or amend the registrant’s Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License, the Division will consider requirements, including but not limited to Rules 0400-20-14-.07 and 0400-20-14-.08 as applicable.
