- (1) A request for renewal of a Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License shall be filed in accordance with paragraph (2) of Rule 0400-20-14-.06.
- (2) If a registrant, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of the registrant’s existing Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License, has filed a complete request in proper form for a renewed Registration authorizing the same activities, the existing Certified Registration and/or License shall not expire until the request has been finally determined by the Division.
