- (1) Certified Registrations issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to all rules, regulations, and orders of the Division.
- (2) Any person registered by the Division pursuant to this chapter shall confine the use and possession of the fusion machine to the locations and purposes authorized in the Certified Fusion Machine Registration and/or License.
