1. (1) Request for renewal of a Certified Registration shall be filed in accordance with paragraph (2) of Rule 0400-20-09-.04.
2. (2) In any case in which a registrant, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of his existing Certified Registration, has filed a request in proper form for renewal or for a new Certified Registration authorizing the same activities, such existing Certified Registration shall not expire until the request has been finally determined by the Division.
