1. (1) The only requirement of this Chapter which applies to cabinet radiography as defined in Rule 0400-20-08-.03 is that no registrant shall permit any individual to operate a cabinet radiography unit until such individual has:

   1. (a) Received a copy of the operating procedures for the unit;
   2. (b) Received instruction in the operating procedures;
   3. (c) Demonstrated an understanding of the operating procedures; and
   4. (d) Demonstrated competence in the use of the unit.
