A licensee possessing a specific license of broad scope for medical use is exempt from:
- (1) The provisions of paragraph (4) of Rule 0400-20-07-.11 regarding the need to file an amendment to the license for medical use of radioactive material, as described in Rule 0400- 20-07-.81;
- (2) The provisions of subparagraph (1)(b) of Rule 0400-20-07-.13 regarding the need to file an amendment before permitting anyone to work as an authorized user, an authorized nuclear pharmacist or an authorized medical physicist under the license;
- (3) The provisions of subparagraph (1)(e) of Rule 0400-20-07-.13 regarding additions to or changes in the areas of use at the addresses identified in the application or on the license;
- (4) The provisions of subparagraph (2)(a) of Rule 0400-20-07-.14 regarding notification to the Division for new authorized users, new authorized medical physicists and new authorized nuclear pharmacists or an ophthalmic physicist;
- (5) The provisions of paragraph (1) of Rule 0400-20-07-.22 regarding suppliers for sealed sources.
