1. (1) Each licensee and registrant shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public (see Rule 0400-20-05-.60).
2. (2) The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by paragraph (1) of this rule until the Division terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.
