1. (1) A licensee shall dispose of radioactive material only:

   1. (a) By transfer to an authorized recipient as provided in other chapters of these regulations;
   2. (b) By decay in storage;
   3. (c) By release in effluents within the limits in Rule 0400-20-05-.60; or
   4. (d) As authorized under Rule 0400-20-05-.121, 0400-20-05-.122, 0400-20-05-.123, 0400- 20-05-.124 or 0400-20-05-.127.

2. (2) A person shall be specifically licensed to receive waste containing licensed material from other persons for:

   1. (a) Treatment prior to disposal;
   2. (b) Treatment or disposal by incineration;
   3. (c) Decay in storage; or
   4. (d) Disposal at a land disposal facility licensed under Chapter 0400-20-11.
