1. (1) Nursery farmers shall retain a copy of each annual report for a period of at least three (3) years, following its submission to the Department.
2. (2) Upon reasonable notice to the nursery farmer, all records required under this section, and original statements of written permission to take endangered species required under section 0400-06-02-.05 shall be made available to the Department at the nursery farmer’s place of business and during the nursery farmer’s normal working hours.
