1. (1) The Commercial Operator shall enforce all safety measures outlined in these requirements dealing with condition and quality of equipment, training and conduct of guides and occupants.

2. (2) The Commercial Operator shall conduct a white water safety seminar for all passengers to include at least the following topics:

   1. (a) Description of the river and rapids;
   2. (b) Equipment;
   3. (c) Paddling safety
   4. (d) Swimming in white water;
   5. (e) Danger of strainers.
