1. (1) Commission testing, both written and practical, shall be in accordance with the appropriate adopted NFPA standards referenced in 0360-06-01 and in accordance with the rules of the accrediting body/bodies. A Commission representative or designee shall chair a committee of fire service personnel who are certified at or above the level of certification being validated.
2. (2) Practical examinations shall meet the job performance requirements for the tested standard and shall be used to determine the ability, manual skills, and leadership of the applicant to perform the work at a particular progression level.
