1. (1) Any department electing to host an examination shall contact the Commission office or its representative to schedule an examination date. At the time of the examination, each individual applicant shall have a completed application submitted with appropriate documentation of necessary prerequisites.

   1. (a) Applications for off-campus certification courses must be received by the Commission a minimum of two (2) weeks before any anticipated examination date.
   2. (b) The Commission office shall schedule the examination date based upon requested examinations and availability of proctors.
   3. (c) This examination date shall be open to other applicants unless prior approval of the Director for a closed examination has been obtained.
   4. (d) The Commission representative shall administer the examination on the examination date. At the end of the examination, the Commission representative shall collect all examination materials and answer sheets and send them to the Commission for grading.
