- (1) A Fire Marshal shall successfully complete all of the requirements for Fire Marshal as prescribed in NFPA 1037, Standard on Fire Marshal Professional Qualifications, and Commission rules, regulations and policies.
- (2) A Fire Marshal shall complete a Commission-approved training course.
- (3) A Fire Marshal shall successfully pass the examination(s) for Fire Marshal as promulgated by the Commission.
