1. (1) Tennessee Tech may place a hold on a Student record when the Student has:

   1. (a) Withdrawn from Tennessee Tech and a disciplinary meeting and/or proceeding is pending,
   2. (b) Not responded to the Dean of Students Office’s request for a meeting or a hearing, or
   3. (c) Been suspended or expelled.
2. (2) A disciplinary hold may remain on a student’s record until final resolution of a disciplinary meeting and/or disciplinary proceeding.
3. (3) Tennessee Tech will not confer a degree when a Student has a pending disciplinary meeting and/or disciplinary proceeding.
