The following non-exhaustive examples constitute classifications for violations of these regulations:

1. (1) Parking Violations

   1. (a) Out of Zone;
   2. (b) Vehicle Not Registered;
   3. (c) Not a Parking Space;
   4. (d) License Plate Not Visible to Driving Lane;
   5. (e) Loading Zone;
   6. (f) Blocking Traffic;
   7. (g) Parked Facing Traffic;
   8. (h) Occupying Two (2) (or more) Spaces;
   9. (i) Outside of Designated Space;
   10. (j) Within Fifteen (15) feet of Fire Hydrant;
   11. (k) Within Twenty (20) feet of Entrance/Exit/Intersection;
   12. (l) On Seeded Areas;
   13. (m) Parked in Visitor;
   14. (n) Parked beyond Time Limits;
   15. (o) Parked in Reserved Parking;
   16. (p) ADA Accessible Parking Only; and
   17. (q) Warning Only.

2. (2) Moving Violations

   1. (a) Failure to obey stop sign or traffic signal;
   2. (b) Failure to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk;
   3. (c) Traveling wrong way on one-way street;
   4. (d) Operating a motor vehicle off a marked roadway;
   5. (e) Speeding;
   6. (f) Failure to yield right-of-way;
   7. (g) Failure to obey lawful directions of a police officer;
   8. (h) Failure of motorcycle operator or rider to wear required headgear; and
   9. (i) Failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

3. (3) Impounded Vehicle/Towed Vehicle

   1. (a) APSU may tow without advance notice those motor vehicles parked in a fire lane, designated ADA Accessible parking space, spaces reserved for designated vehicles or in such a manner as to impede the flow of traffic or to disrupt the orderly affairs of APSU.
   2. (b) If a motor vehicle has unpaid parking citations, APSU may impound/tow the vehicle, if advance notice and opportunity to contest have been given. Windshield notices and/or other methods of notification will be used to provide the operator of the vehicle with advance notice of APSU’s intent to tow and the operator's right to a hearing.
