1. (1) Each student, with school assistance, shall be required to have a kit consisting of the following materials after one hundred (100) hours of enrollment in a master barber program:

   1. (a) Four (4) taper combs;
   2. (b) Four (4) styling combs;
   3. (c) Four (4) picks;
   4. (d) Two (2) vent-type brushes;
   5. (e) Two (2) styling brushes;
   6. (f) Six (6) duckbill clips;
   7. (g) Twelve (12) butterfly clips;
   8. (h) One (1) blow dryer;
   9. (i) One (1) curling iron;
   10. (j) Adjustable clippers;
   11. (k) T-edger/trimmer;
   12. (l) Straight razor and blades;
   13. (m) One (1) pair shears and one (1) pair blending shears;
   14. (n) One (1) pair nippers;
   15. (o) Three (3) orangewood sticks;
   16. (p) One (1) box of emery boards;
   17. (q) One (1) cuticle pusher;
   18. (r) One (1) finger bowl;
   19. (s) One (1) sanitizable file;
   20. (t) One (1) nail brush;
   21. (u) One (1) shampoo cape;
   22. (v) One (1) chair cloth;
   23. (w) One (1) theory book (electronic or hard copy);
   24. (x) One (1) workbook (electronic or hard copy);
   25. (y) A mannequin;
   26. (z) One (1) hand form and holder or two (2) fingers and holder;
   27. (aa) One (1) set of instructions to access online laws and rules;
   28. (bb) Twelve (12) perm rods;
   29. (cc) Two (2) color bowls; and
   30. (dd) Two (2) color brushes.

2. (2) Each student, with school assistance, shall be required to have a kit consisting of the following materials after fifty (50) hours of enrollment in a barber technician program:

   1. (a) One (1) pair nippers;
   2. (b) Three (3) orangewood sticks;
   3. (c) One (1) box of emery boards;
   4. (d) One (1) cuticle pusher;
   5. (e) One (1) finger bowl;
   6. (f) One (1) sanitizable file;
   7. (g) One (1) nail brush;
   8. (h) One (1) chair cloth;
   9. (i) One (1) color applicator bottle or color bowl and brush;
   10. (j) Four (4) all-purpose combs;
   11. (k) One (1) shampoo cape;
   12. (l) Six (6) duckbill clips;
   13. (m) Twelve (12) butterfly clips;
   14. (n) One (1) theory book (electronic or hard copy);
   15. (o) One (1) workbook (electronic or hard copy);
   16. (p) One (1) set of instructions to access online laws and rules; and
   17. (q) One (1) hand form and holder or two (2) fingers and holder.
3. (3) It shall be the responsibility of the student to maintain all materials in the kits.
4. (4) Each school shall have disposable gloves and safety goggles available to all students.
