- (1) Passing score. The minimum passing score on all examinations held by the Board shall be seventy (70).
- (2) Instructor examination. Any person who desires a license to instruct in a school shall submit an application to the Board on the prescribed form. The application shall be accompanied by satisfactory proof the applicant has been a master barber for three (3) years or has completed and passed a Board-approved instructor training course consisting of at least three hundred (300) hours. The examination of applicants for certificates of registration as an instructor shall consist of a theory examination and a practical demonstration.
