Any association may establish one or more service units in any county in which it may establish a branch. Such association shall have been profitable for a minimum period of twelve (12) months prior to application and total investments in remote service units shall not exceed 25% of the association’s net worth. The Commissioner must be notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the opening of each remote service unit.
