Exceptions and written argument to the Commissioner’s, Hearing Officer’s, or Administrative Law Judge’s proposed decision must be filed within fourteen (14) days of service of the proposed decision. Extensions of time may be granted for good cause shown at the Commissioner’s, Hearing Officer’s, or Administrative Law Judge’s discretion on petition of any party.
