1. (1) Within three (3) days, before or after, the filing date of an application for a new bank charter or an application or notification for a branch bank, the applicant must publish one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in the community where the facility is to be established and, in the case of a branch bank application/notification, one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in the community where the applicant bank’s main office is located, if they are not the same, a notice containing the following:

   1. (a) The name, or proposed name, of the applicant
   2. (b) The subject matter of the application/notification
   3. (c) The specific location of the proposed facility
   4. (d) The names of the organizers of the proposed facility, if a new bank
   5. (e) The proposed name of a branch facility, if it will be different from the bank’s chartered name.
