The referee shall have the sole authority to determine when a foul has occurred. A referee may consider acts listed in this chapter or Chapter 0145-02 as fouls. The referee may follow the procedures listed in Chapter 0145-02 regarding the use of instant replay and the determination of how fouls are handled regarding point deductions, ending a bout, or any other determination related to unintentional or intentional fouls.
