The referee shall have the sole authority to determine when a knockdown has occurred. The procedures for determining knockdowns, knockouts, technical knockouts, disqualification, technical decisions, draws, no contest, or any other decision to end a bout for a bare-knuckle contest shall be consistent with the rules of Chapter 0145-02.
