A timekeeper shall:

1. (1) Keep accurate time of all bouts;
2. (2) Begin the start of the clock for each round, as initiated by the referee, including overtime rounds;
3. (3) Give three (3) slaps to the ring mat or three (3) pounds on the table to indicate ten (10) seconds remaining in the round;
4. (4) Blow a whistle to indicate to the referee that there are ten (10) seconds left in the round break;
5. (5) Start and stop the bout clock for time stoppages as called by the referee; and
6. (6) Signal the end of each round by the use of a bell, buzzer, or other available loud signal.
