1. (1) For each batch of HDC product manufactured or distributed, HDC supplier licensees shall maintain the following for two years:

   1. (a) COAs, copies of which shall be submitted to all immediate downstream purchasers of the product;
   2. (b) A current copy of safety data sheets for all solvents used in manufacturing the HDC product; and,
   3. (c) Invoices and bills of lading for all HDC product distribution conducted by the HDC supplier licensee.

2. (2) For any HDC product rendered unusable or disposed pursuant to this chapter, HDC supplier licensees must maintain documentation of the following for two years following disposal:

   1. (a) Date(s) and manner(s) in which the product was rendered unusable and disposed;
   2. (b) Batch number; and,
   3. (c) Total volume of product that was disposed.
