Standards for various classes of feed will be published as conditions require.

1. (1) (a) A standard in effect is: The following materials are prohibited in all feeds: Coconut shells, sawdust, damaged or salvaged feed, moldy material, metal particles, screenings containing whole viable weed seeds beyond limitation, sand, gravel or crotalarias spectabilis.
