1. (1) Whenever there is cause to suspect that cattle are infected with or exposed to brucellosis, the State Veterinarian, or his representative, shall apply such quarantine and tests as may be necessary to rid the herd of infection and to prevent spread of the disease to other cattle.
2. (2) Reactor and exposed cattle shall be identified by the State Veterinarian or his representative in accordance with the provisions set forth in these rules: T.C.A. §44-3-108 and/or applicable sections of the Uniform Methods and Rules (UM&R).
