1. (1) Each fair or show receiving state aid funds shall cause such to be publicly known by including appropriately worded notice in its printed program or catalogue.
2. (2) If no printed program or catalogue is published, notice of state aid including the amount of allotment shall be posted in a conspicuous manner on the showgrounds.
