Disposition of fines and penalties.
SL 1975, ch 82 , § 4; SL 1984, ch 12 , § 7.
All fines, penalties, and forfeitures collected for violations of a county ordinance, resolution, or charter shall be distributed in accordance with § 16-2-34.
