S.D. Codified Laws § 58-33-55 (2026)
Waiting period before entry of default order or judgment.
SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 13, § 30 (4).
No cease or desist order or judgment by default under §§ 58-33-51 to 58-33-53, inclusive, shall be entered until the expiration of thirty days from the date of the filing of the affidavit of compliance.
