A pharmacy benefit manager may not reimburse any pharmacy located in this state an amount that is less than that which the pharmacy benefit manager reimburses a pharmacy benefit manager affiliate for dispensing the same prescription drug as that dispensed by the pharmacy. The reimbursement amount must be calculated on a per unit basis, using the same generic product identifier or generic code number.
