Regulations of Board of School and Public Lands.
SDC 1939, § 52.0257; SL 1980, ch 321 , § 12.
The rights and powers conferred by §§ 49-7-11 to 49-7-21, inclusive shall be subject to such reasonable terms, conditions, and regulations as the Board of School and Public Lands may prescribe.
