S.D. Codified Laws § 47-25-12 (2026)
Effective date of merger or consolidation.
SL 1965, ch 24 , § 44.
Upon the issuance of the certificate of merger, or the certificate of consolidation by the secretary of state, the merger or consolidation shall be effected.
