Effect on other statutes concerning immunity.

SL 1987, ch 344 , § 4.

Sections 47-23-28 to 47-23-32, inclusive, shall not be construed to constitute a modification or repeal of §§ 20-9-3, 20-9-4, 20-9-4.1, 34-48A-23, and 34-48A-24.
