S.D. Codified Laws § 45-6D-30 (2026)
Term of permit--Triennial renewal.

A uranium exploration operation permit shall be issued for a period of three years and may be renewed triennially pursuant to the provisions of §§ 45-6D-43 to 45-6D-50, inclusive.
