Order of court on application to require guardian of mentally ill or incompetent spouse to join in conveyance or mortgage of homestead--Findings of fact and conclusions of law.
SDC 1939, § 51.1705.
At the conclusion of such hearing, the court must make findings of fact and conclusions of law as the basis of such order as may be entered.
